Hello student,
Going by the state quota, you do nowhere stand a chance of admission in government medical colleges in Delhi. The cutoffs tend to close over 580 marks according to previous year cutoffs.
To get a seat via All India Quota (15%), a candidate needs to score pretty high. As the seats are open for all the students of India, the competition is pretty tough. Hence, for getting a seat in any medical college under AIQ, you need to have a score over at least 550 marks (like in Assam).
All the best!
