It's very difficult to say because this year the paper was easier than last few years and the cut off is expected to rise since the students will be scoring more.

Previous year, the last student given a govt. seat in MBBS scored 469 and was given Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow. But this year it'll be more. There are chances but not much.
