Hello Pawan,  as per the cut off of 2018, students with more than 550 marks got seat in government college. But some colleges are the for you , so you can apply them.  For in OBC category state quota it is quite difficult to get admission in government college in UP.  But remember cutoff changes every year so Becker loose hope
