I am getting 566 marks in NEET 2019. Can I get admission in any govt medical College. General category and mp domicile

The marks you mentioned is somewhat sufficient for the admission in government colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
Some of the best government colleges in Madhya Pradesh are:
1.Gandhi Medical College,Bhopal.
2.Gajra Raja Medical College,Gwalior.
3. Netaji Shubhas Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital,Jabalpur.

Last year cut off marks of the colleges which you can get with your marks under state quota is given below for general category :-
Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal:- 550
Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior:- 528
Government Medical College, Ratlam"- 495
Government Medical College, Vidisha;- 501
