With your score you are eligible to get any government medical college in the 85% state quota counselling.

Dear Harsh, in 2018, under All India Quota, 578 marks secured a seat in NSCB Medical College under General Category. But in State Quota, the cut off was only 564. So if you hold domicile of Madhya Pradesh, it is a very close call for you under General Category. But you have a chance in Shyam Shah Medical College and Bundellhand Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
