Regarding your dilemma of taking a drop, I would suggest you to give yourself a thought as you too can not completely put off leaving a MBBS degree (which again is an equally prestigious and high paying profession), your score is on borderline and definitely has a scope for improvement with more practice. So think mindly and choose what's best for you.
