Hello,

Previous year the last student who got admission to government medical college in Rajasthan through OBC category had 5800 rank in Government Medical College, Dungarpur.

So with 1143 rank your chances of getting a decent government college are negligible.

However you might get some good private medical college in your state.

Having said that cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam and number of students appearing etc.
