The cut off for admission in  Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai under the 70% regional quota for the general category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of G. S. Medical College, Mumbai 1458 and a score of 602 marks. In 2017 the cut off for admission in this colleges was a score of 599. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like level of difficulty or level of competition, personal choices of people ranked above you etc. The cut off might be higher this year as the paper was easier. Hence can't say for sure but you do have a few chances for admission here.

Hi alok,  I suppose you are general category student. Your marks on the borderline. According to 2018 cutoff, the minimum marks for general category was 601. And in 2017 it was 599. Now it is difficult to predict what will happen this time.  The pendulum of cutoff could swing either ways. If the paper was difficult than last year cutoff will fall or else they may rise. On the off chance I suppose you should keep a positive attitude and you might get what you want.  You have worked hard, you have done your job well and now all you can do is leave it to luck.  All the best.
