I am getting 62.33 marks in gate EE. my category is ST. From which psu's can I expect an interview call if any?

Hello Tough "name" guy

Just go and jump off the hill man. You can get shortlisted for almost all the PSU's and i really mean it beacuse you are in ST category and add to it you have 62.33 marks. But still i am listing down few as per last year cutoff's

but I'm getting rank around 4200 caz this year paper was easy

You must be talking about the General RankI am talking about the category rank.

but  gate only gives gen rank right

Yes, GATE does not provide the category rank. Category rank, score etc is decided by the institutes or PSUs where you will apply. They decide it as per no of applicants and as per quota they allot seats
