Most of the PSUs eligibility criteria is 65 %. But few PSUs keep their eligibility criteria upto 60 %. For SC/ST it is relaxed to upto 55 %.

You have not mentioned your category in question. If you are general category, you do not fullfill the eligibility criteria and hence you cannot apply for most of the PSU. Although there are some PSUs like WDSEDCL who keep the eligibility criteria as low as 55 % even for general category. You can apply for them.

Now 65 is a very decent score, based on the previous year cutoff you can apply for following PSUs

2. BHEL

3. NTPC

4. HPCL

5. MDL

6. NLC

7. POWERGRID

8. WDSECEL
