Your score is too good to get IITs for pursuing M.tech degree courses with power electronics stream.For older IITs you need at least 750 score for power electronics.As per as your expected score you will get IITs for mtech program but there is less chance that you will get old IITs for that course.For sureity wwait till IIT madras announces gate score.
