There is different eligibility criteria for JOSSA counselling for JEE Advance/IITs or NITS/JEE mains B.Arch/JEE paper 2.
Eligiblity criteria for JEE paper 1 is as follows:
Candidates applying for admission through JEE Main 2019 score must have secured higher marks than the cutoff of JEE Main 2019 for Paper I
Candidates must have qualified Class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of either Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject as optional subject

As your board percentage is 62 .So you are not eligible to apply for josaa counselling to get admission in different mhrd colleges as you have not crossed the minimum percentage criteria of boards exam.
