Hello,

Your visual disability is hardly established just on the basis of the prescription of glasses. You could be having near normal vision with that prescription and with wearing eye glasses as prescribed by your doctor to correct your vision.

PwD certification is offered to tha students having disabilities or if they are handicapped. Refractive error is not a disability. Hence, you are not eligible for the PwD quota.

All the best!
