I am in 12 grade waiting for my result I want to become IAS officer but at the same time I want to go aborad once in a while to for studies like I want to pursue masters from there but what should I do I am literally very confused

See if you wish to go for the UPSC CSE examination then you can also go abroad for the Master's course in abroad. The Government of India offers opportunities to its bureaucrats to update themselves and as a result you can do MBA in Public Administration and correlated course from abroad on the expense of Government of India.

So UPSC can also fulfil your dreams. I would suggest you to find out what you real interest is, and then pursue it. Don't go for other opinion but go for the things which you think is the right for your life.
