Neet has nothing to do with 11 certificates.
It only asks for the document s and certificates of 10th and 12 th.

- Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG exam provided by CBSE.
- Result/ Rank letter
- Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
- Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
- Class 10+2 Certificate
- Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
