So you are a appearing student of boards 2022. Now the eligibility for appearing students is that the student have to produce the results by the start of the next year. For example, a student can apply for CHSL 2020 if he/she can produce the marksheet by 1st January,2021. So if you give boards in 2022 the you are eligible to fill the form as an 12 appearing student (options will be provided) for SSC CHSL 2022-23 but you are not eligible for SSC 2021.
Also, if you tick the option of appearing student then the system will not ask for highest qualification.
