You must join a coaching class for preparing for the GATE for the following reasons:

1. Classroom coaching offers one-to-one access to ace professors in the industry, which online videos do not offer.

2. Peer group: almost all of the students taking this program are serious about their studies and hence, you're benefitted and motivated in a classroom structure.

3. Tests : with periodic tests, a good class benefits you to always improvise on your score.
