As per the Code 2 of NEET Qualifications Code:" Candidates who have completed a period of 12 years under Higher/Secondary examination (CBSC), which is equivalent to Class 10+2 can opt for code 2. However, the last two years of study must include English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, or Mathematics or any other elective as a major subject as prescribed by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT). Aspirants who have passed 10+2 from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or state open school, as a private candidate from state boards; with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject can apply under NEET qualification code 2." Yes you are eligible to appear for NEET 2022 exam with Biology as an additional subject, as per the current rules, as long as you fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. you have to apply for NIOS(board, national institute of open schooling). Give exam for biology . You may have to give all 5 subject in NIOS, to be applicable for NEET. Physics, chemistry, biology, English, CS(as you know it). NIOS conduct exam twice a year one in October and other in April. Hope this answer helps
