Yes, you can give the NDA exam in September 2026 to join the Indian Army, even if you are from the PCB stream.

For the Army wing, candidates from any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts) are eligible if they have passed or are appearing in Class 12.

Maths is not compulsory for the Army wing. However, you will still have to attempt the Maths paper in the exam.

Also, make sure your date of birth falls between 2nd January 2008 and 1st July 2011 to be eligible for NDA 2 (September 2026).

As you are in Class 12th and from PCB stream, you are certainly eligible to give NDA exam in September 2026 and subsequently join Army as the requirement for joining the Army Wing through NDA is that a candidate should be from any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts).

For other wings (Navy and Airforce), you must have PCM but as you are aiming for the  Army Wing, you are eligible.
