I am in first year of graduation BA. can I do BALLB course after complete my first year?
Hello,
See the eligibility criteria for BA-LLB is passed 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream securing 45% aggregate, there is no upper age limit regarding this, as you're only in first year you can opt for BA-LLB however few things you have to keep in mind like your one year of BA will go wasted, as you have already taken admission, so you must have already paid for the course, and whatever other requirement monetarily wise, nonetheless few of the top entrance exams such as CLAT and CUET for which majority of central and other private universities are considering admission is already closed however you can still apply for AILET/LSAT/SLAT/MHT CET LAW to name a few, check out the entire list of law entrance exams at https://law.careers360.com/articles/law-entrance-exams,
know more about BA-LLB at https://dqxeclau.top/courses/ba-llb-dual-degree
however this is my personal viewpoint if you wish you can take it, otherwise ignore it, since you are already in the first year, and perhaps soon your first year exam too will get conducted, so just wait out for two more years, don't leave your study in the middle, after its completion you can opt for LLB which is for a duration of three years, and for which candidate who have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 45% aggregate or above are eligible to apply, since there is already a route for law course that you can pursue later on, you can follow this path, else like I said it's your career, your life and most importantly your decision as you know more what's best for you. check out our page at https://law.careers360.com/articles/llb-full-form
All the best!
