I am in my 12th right now. Can I appear for this examination?

Yes, All the candidates who are appearing in class 12th boards in this year are eligible to appear for AILET this year too. So you can take AILET in 2019.



AILET and DU  LLB are separate entrance exams for admissiom into separate colleges as well as separated courses too.



AILET is an entrance test for admission in National law University Delhi.  It offers only a 5 year Integrated course of law. 5 year courses of law combine an undergraduate degree with law like BA LLB, BCOM LLB, BBA LLB etc. NlU delhi offers only BA LLB course. These 5 year courses are more suitable for students who have just passed 12th



DU LLb is an entrance for admission in centres of Delhi University which offer only a 3 year LLB course. You can get admission in 3 year law courses only after you have already completed any undergraduate course.

As you are in your 12th you are eligible only for AILET and not for DU LLB.
