i am in my 3rd sem of bachelor's in english literature and i only have the marksheet of 1st sem. 2nd sem was cancelled due to lockdown. we were supposed to be getting marks on the basis of internals and we haven't got the scorecard yet. can i provide my 1st sem marksheet as eligibility certificate?

Since you didn't receive your 2nd semester marks , the only option left for you is to submit your first semester marks only. But if you have any valid documents relevant to your internal marks then do attach that with your first semester marksheets. I think your internal marks would be a supportive document of your second semester's marks.
