125 marks is a good score in JEE Mains and at this your predicted percentile can be 97 and rank can range from 20k -25k.

As you have not mentioned your category I am considering you as general and at your rank in general category you have chances of getting seat in NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Hamirpur etc. in Mechanical, Civil and Electrical branch and CS, ECE in NITs like NIT Srinagar, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Sikkim etc.

As you have asked about HBTU you can get that according to previous year cutoff you can get any branch except CSE but you also have chance to get CSE but slight chance.

Yes,you can get NITs like Durgapur, Hamirpur, Agartala etc.You have good chance at IIITs like Lucknow,Kota,Guwahati etc.Also you can probably get all the branches except CSE at HBTU.
