In case you want to stay in the same medical field then you can go for MBBS entrances. You need to go for an entrance examination to get the admission in the medical degree course. There are different entrance exams for different courses of medical. NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER are the popular entrance exam for admission to MBBS/BDS course. It requires PCB.

If you are leaned towards technology then you can go for Engineering (PCM). You can appear for exams like JEE Mains, Jee Advanced, BITSAT etc.

Other courses you can choose in this field are:

  • BAMS- Ayurvedic
  • BHMS- Homeopathy
  • BUMS- Unani
  • Nursing
  • Pharmacy
  • B.Sc
  • Physiotheraphy etc.

Based on your interest you can decide what career you are interested in. Or else you can even ask me here if you want to know about any specific career mentioned above.

I am also sharing a link which can help you with courses ahead in Science.

Good Luck.
