According to the previous year's data the cut off for Government MBBS college in Telangana for different categories through state quota was -
UNR-GEN-493
LOC-GEN- 474
SC-         393
ST-          406
BC-          414

This year the cut off is expected to inverse by 15-30 marks . It would be a bit difficult to get a government college of you belong to UR. With reservation you will easily get a college .

I am hoping you are from general category as you have not mentioned your category. So as I have checked the declared cut off for 2019 and also the previous year's cut off. Sadly I got to tell you that it's not possible to get a government MBBS seat with this much marks in Telangana state. Even for the BDS you need to have 515 marks . But not loosing hopes you should try for the BDS college in Telangana. As cut offs keeps on changing and it depends upon the marks of the  marks of the students applying for it .
