Dear Ailendra, there are few points to be considered to apply for UPSEE 2019. You can apply as a Foreign National. However, as this is a State Level Entrance Examination, you have to follow the guidelines of UP domicile criteria. Candidates who have studied 10+2 in UP or whose parents enjoy the domicile of UP can apply. Cadidates who studied 10+2 outside UP whose parents donot enjoy the domicile of UP also can apply for UPSEE. And these candidates are eligible for 20% of the sanctioned seats in private Institutions affliated to AKTU. You can apply in this category.
