Your scores are a bit lower for getting mbbs through all India quota or state quota. But your chances of getting  BDS through state quota are more. 

Opening marks for mbbs are generally 500+ and for BDS 440-450 and plus. But as you are form general category it will be somewhat difficult to get government college. You can go for private college but they are somewhat expensive. 

State quota rank will matter for the seat will you get or not.

I am sorry to say that according to me you are not likely to get any government medical college this year.The Bihar cut off for general category of neet 2018 was 539.So you have no chance of getting a seat according to 2018 neet cut off.

The cut off for bds was 532 so you also have no chance there. Also the cut off for private college was 506 last year and you are away from that marks too.So you won't get any mbbs or bds seat in private or government medical college this year.

Dear Nishant, in 2018, under State Quota, 533 marks were the cut off for General Category. These marks git seats in 3 Government Medical Colleges.  Now this is the first year for EWS reservation, the cut offs and chances need to be waited upon. On a general note, because EWS reservation has come from General Category, assuming it falls between General and OBC category, we shall provide you with OBC cut off as well for a rough estimation. In 2018, 519 was the cut off for BC Category in MBBS. So EWS cut offs will be somewhere between the range of 533-541. And again this is just an assumption. With 435 marks, MBBS seat is difficult. The range for BDS is 519-525 ruling out even BDS seat. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
