Hello there,
It's high time that you need to understand that your JEE main is more important than social media. So keep your social media accounts deactivated for a few months. Try to concentrate on your studies. Control yourself, whenever you see any notification popping up, JUST IGNORE if it's not that important. Make a plan for how long you want to study, like 5-6hrs per day. Study everyday and concentrate on what you are studying. It will make your work easier and faster.
And don't panic, everything will be well.
