Hi, You can find an option for SRM slot booking on the official site but it is not yet activated.
Here is the link: http://www.srmuniv.ac.in/

You will have to wait till it becomes functional.

first u have to login to ur srm account
open srmuv.ac.in and open the login page login by entering ur email id and password that u used to fill the form and then u will get the option to book a slot
