Since you have not mentioned either the examination or counselling process through which seat would be allotted to you so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information.
However in OBC there are two sub-categories and they are Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) and Creamy Layer (CL). So those who are having income more that 8 Lacs per annum are considered under Creamy Layer which is treated as General category and they will have no any reservation advantage but on the other hand those who have family income from all sources is less than 8 Lacs per annum will be considered for reservation under NCL sub-category and will get all advantages of reservation.
Now as you have mentioned that your family income is more than 8 Lacs oer annum then you will be considered under CL sub-category and you will be treated as General category means you will be shifted to open category.
