See in whichever state you are seeking admission in MBBS course or BDS course you should have just qualified NEET UG and so you just have to cross the minimum qualifying marks as released by NTA which are enlisted below for 2021 :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

Now with NT-C category you need to have at least 500-520 or more marks out of 720 marks in NEET UG 2021 as per previous year's cut-off because for this year counselling is still under process so cut-offs for this are yet to be finalized after all the rounds of NEET UG counselling.
