I am OBC, tamil nadu, In JEE Main paper1, Igot CRL149994&OBC 45380 and JEE Main paper2, I got CRL 30106 & OBC 9263. Will i get seat in TN.

According to your JEE main rank, you can't get any NIT or good engineering colleges.
You can do engineering through getting admission in the private colleges in Tamilnadu.
