Hi Hanan,

First of all congratulations to you for such a good score.

The counselling for Jammu and Kashmir MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses is done by JKBOPEE and yet registration for provisional merit list. has not started for NEET 2021 students.

Recently JKBOPEE has released roll no. wise list of candidates of UT of Jammu and Kashmir in which about 200 candidates scored above 583.Now comparing it with NEET 2020 only 186 students scored above 583 but we have to consider 54% reservation also for OM candidates this year.

So according to me you will get Government Medical College Anantnag as previous year also a male candidate belonging to the same category got GMC Ananatnag.

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to JSS University Mysore 2025

You also have good chances of getting

1: GMC Baramulla

2: GMC kathua

3: GMC Rajouri

4: GMC Doda

Now it all depends on your choice. Hope you got the answer.

Hi

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Jammu and Kashmir

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

  • number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

  • kind of marks obtained by students  in neet ,

  • toughness level of the neet examination,

  • number of seats available etc.

But when we go through previous data then

>>>>> with 583 marks

You hold a very good  chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020, 508marks for general category got mbbs seat in Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri  under jammu and kashmir state quota

You can check the same at

You also have chances in following government medical colleges for MBBS under Jammu and Kashmir state quota:-

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and
