NO, there is no chance to apply JEE Main / JEE Advance for diploma student. And you are also not eligible for NIT'S and IIT'S. Because for getting the admission in NIT/IIT, candidate should complete the intermediate. Diploma students have to write ECET exam. After that you skip the first year and join second year in b-tech.

You can surely apply for JEE Mains, after completing your diploma. You will have to be thorough with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. After qualifying the Mains with good marks and percentile, you will get admission in Engineering colleges as first year student. They will not accept any student as lateral entry during admissions. To get admission in NITs and IITs you will have to qualify JEE Advanced as well.
