Planning to do MBA from IT is good but there are some good universities also ,like Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad,Jindal Global Business School,Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi,Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar,Narsee Monjee Mumbai,Christ university, Bangalore,Symbiosis University, Pune.

Well it might be a little difficult because to do MBA in IT requires some pre-requisite knowledge or experience in that field.

It is not impossible as you have keen interest in it so you will need to work a little more to have a little engineering knowledge about this field. Also the algorithms, architecture followed on the different online sites, programs, foundation and implementation of softwares etc.

As you will be having a few months time before you join the college if you are able to gain some pre-requisite knowledge then it will help you in long run i.e. not only while studying there but also during placements because IT companies prefers students in their companies who have done engineering in this field or already have an experience to work in an IT firm.

If you are able to catch up with all these than you can definitely do MBA in IT but if you have thoughts in mind or you find it difficult to catch up then I will strongly recommend you to think about your interest.
