Ignou provides Bachelor of Arts Course with Major in Economics, you can try that, the study materials are very good and admission is open now, you just need to select study centre of your choice to submit your yearly assignments and giving examination at your own convenience.

See the thing is I already have admission in IP university BA eco Hons ... I want to do a course with it ... Now do you have any suggestions...

Ok, so you're asking about correspondence courses in addition to Eco(Hons) that you're pursuing.
See, this entirely depends on your long term goals in addition to your interests, what you wish to pursue in the long run, accordingly you've to choose the course.
There are many avenues in computers and programming, finance accounting, learning languages like Python, R or even big data, machine learning,
You can also go for a foreign language courses, if in future you get an opportunity to study or work in abroad, it may help you.
Since I don't live in Delhi, can't help you regarding places, but what I can suggest is as you're planning to pursue correspondence, why don't check out online sites like Coursera, EdX, Edukart, these are some really good sites providing quality education and are popular too.
