If you are pursuing your BA and currently working in gas agency and want to become a district collector then it is not a easy task ,you have to give upsc exam ,which is the toughest exam of India ,after qualifying this exam you have to give an interview and then after you may get selected if you score really well and incredible. The eligibility criteria of upsc is ,you can give this exam after graduation in any stream and age should be minimum 21 years .
