You can apply for NEET 2019 once you are in 12 grade. You must pass 12th with minimumin 50% in PCB to be eligible to write NEET.

For NEET make sure your concepts are clear. You can refer NCERT books to clear your basics and to build your fundamentals strong. You can make your important notes which will also help you in revision.

Refer previous year papers and you should also solve as many as mock test series for your practice it will help you to analyze your preparation level and you will get to know your strength and weakness.
