I am scoring 170-180 out of 360 in my vmc's jee mains so what would be my actual mains score?

You can not compare your VMC's score with JEE Main exam and you can not predict your score like this.
You should give mock test series to analyse your preparation level and to know your weakness and strength. So, you can work upon them. Always try to learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them.
It will also help you to work on your time management. Try to increase your speed with accuracy.
