Hi,  getting a free mbbs seat is not possible in any college even if you score above 600. The least you could pay is for government colleges. The minimum score needed for govt college seat is atleast 491 for obc male candidate.  Although these cutoffs vary each year based on the difficulty of exam and how other people attempt the paper,  you can use the following college predictor to know which college you can get.
