As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend It will be difficult to get a seat through AIQ but you have very much chance for all the government medical colleges in Bihar state under the state quota benefit for general category except Government Medical college Patna(cut-off nearly 550+ under state quota)

Dear Jyoti..you have a decent score and with this score you have fair chances for getting admission but under state quota, It is little difficult to get admission under all India quota. you should remember that cut off vary every year due to various factors like no. Of candidates appearing, level of difficulty of exam, your category, students who scored more than you.On all of these basis your possibility of getting seat would depend.

• Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya
• Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai
• Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri, Nalanda
• Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpur
• Government Medical College, Bettiah
• Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, Patna
• Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna

The colleges i have named are all government medical colleges but u can also get admission in all BDS government or private colleges and all private medical colleges.

But cut off just give a rough idea and changes every year according to difficulty level of neet, no. of applicants and no. of seats.
