If you score 554 out of 720. then your overall percentile will be around 96.4 - 96.9 considering the difficulty of the paper to be moderate while your AIR should lie somewhere around 52859 - 65009.
554 out of 720 is an excellent marks to get government medical colleges. So, if your expected marks turns out to be a reality then you need not to worry for admission anymore. However, in order to get admission in top Government Medical Colleges in India through 15% All India Quota, one must fetch 620+ marks. Thus, 554 is not up to the par for getting admission through 15% AIQ.
Although, you can easily get chance to grab a seat for MBBS in a well-reputed government medical college through 85% State Quota. In order to be eligible for admission at government colleges in Bihar through 85% State Quota, one must secure 550+ marks to be on the safe side of the game.
