I am scoring around 460 in neet 2018,is there any chance to get a govt mbbs seat through AIQ or state quota.I belong to kerala and obc

With that score, there is very very less chance of admission in Government Medical Colleges through All India quota even in OBC category. But you may get a seat through State quota.

The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exact. Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota & state quota seats also. But you have decent chance to get admission in private colleges in your state or other state & Deemed universities also.
