It's quite common for students to panic and get stressed during exam times and especially due to covid situation. But, do not worry, try to be calm. If you feel you cannot crack NEET UG entrance exam with 12th boards, focus on boards now and then, if you wish you can take one more year and Fully dedicate it towards preparation of NEET.
Also, solving previous year question papers at this point will help you a lot. You may even crack the exam if you practice enough previous year question papers. If physics is weak, try grasping the basic concepts. Use books like SL Arora and HC Verma where you get to understand concepts in easy language. Just stay calm and focused. Solve numerical problems, and solve previous year question papers.
Try meditation and exercise to keep you fresh and get going. Look after your health, take a balanced diet.
