With the above mentioned OBC category rank in JEE mains, and based on the previous year JEE mains cutoff trends, you may not get any good and top NIT for CSE or ECE Branch, even with the home state quota, as the Required OBC rank is within 1k-2k in JEE mains. But you can get some other lower branches like Biotechnology, Metalurgical and materials, Mining, Civil, mechanical, etc in some of the top NIT's like NIT Warangal, NIT trichy, NIT Surathkal, etc,. So, you see, you have to sacrifice your preferred branches for top and high ranked NIT's of India. On the same case, you can get CSE or ECE branch in many of the lower NIt's but there placement are not so good.
