Hi Pankaj

I hope you no the structure for the best exam . NEET exam is of total 720 marks. Out of which biology itself is of 360 marks ,chemistry is of 120 marks and even physics is of 120 marks.

So rather than focusing on Physics Which contributes only 25% in the NEET , rather than focus on the remaining 75% i.e. bio & chemistry.

For physics if you are CBSE student go through NCERT thoroughly learn the formulas and theory.Dont go for complex books . NCERT is very much enough.

Full marks or together with are the publications in which they have explained it very well. You can refer that .

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to JSS University Mysore 2025

For Biology & chemistry NCERT IS enough.

Note- please don't waste your time only on physics. Study more for bio as 50% of NEET is on biology. Don't take biology for granted

You can give daily one hour for physics.

All the best

I hope this helped

hello aspirant

as physics is the toughest subject students feel difficulty in this subject.

  • you can crack neet by joining in a good coaching center or first analyze the subject, you can make a plan for your syllabus that you want to study, the harder the topic spend more time and the topic you feel easy spend less time compared to the harder topic you should also have time management, time management is very crucial in the preparation
  • here are the books for the preparation
  1. concepts of physics by H.C.Verma
  2. D.C.Pandey objective books
  3. NCERT physics textbooks

this would help you.......all the best

Hello aspirant,

If you are weak in physics you should try to clear your concepts first. You should give some more time to physics compare to other subjects.

T ry to read your textbooks thoroughly.Read NCERT books.Try to read numbers of books for getting clear your doubts.

But reading books is not enough you need to understand every concept in it.First you need to figure out which concepts are most important for you for neet purpose.

You can also use carrers 360 Neet online preparation module. It also helps to clear your doubts not only for physics but for other subjects also.

Hope this helps

All the best!

Physics is one of the most important part in Neet. Physics is totally based on how much you understand the topic, its mechanisms. If the basics are strong, you can expect a good score in Physics. So first make a proper schedule and start with NCERT Textbooks of class 11 and 12, as these are written in simple Language and understandable to everyone. Few questions are directly asked from NCERTs so it is important not to leave a single chapter. Mechanics, Modern Physics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Simple Harmonic Motion, Waves are some important chpaters for Neet 2020. In last days, focus more on these chapters. You must have a clear concept over the topics which can help you to solve complex numerical problems. Don't go for 3-4 books, Solve problems from HC Verma, as this has quality questions as per the level of Neet. Write down all the formulas in a notebook. A large number of questions asked in Neet Physics are formula based, so it is really important to know all the formulas properly. Give mock tests as much as possible once you complete your syllabus. The more you'll practice, the more you'll have chance to score.
