hi there Ananya,the University Grants Commision does not allow a Student to pursue two Degree Courses Simultaneously. that is you cannot enroll in two regular Degree courses at once, although the distance education council does have a policy with certain terms. 

it states that a student can pursue two programs simultaneously through distance mode or combination of distance and regular mode

1)one diploma/PG Diploma/Certificate and one Degree

2)one Diploma/Certificate and one PG Diploma

3)one Diploma and one certificate

4)two Diploma

5)two PG Diploma

6)two Certificate
