I am student of BA -1st year of our respective LBS college. can I appear Or Can I get the semester 1 st exam question paper for subjects like economic 's, geography, psychology, SM in english instead of marathi.

These papers aren't readily available online or for free. You could try getting a sample paper book suggested by your university professor. You could also maybe find them in a library. It's generally a little hard to obtain these papers online because they aren't uploaded straightaway.
