Here I am giving you a list for the options of higher study in Bioinformatics after B.Sc:
- Advance Diploma in Bioinformatics.
- Advance Post graduate diploma in bioinformatics.
- Certified courses of Bioinformatics.
You can study for the entrance examination (for most of the colleges the examination is GATE) of these colleges for higher studies. Those are,

- MANIT.

- Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research.
