I'm sorry but right now you are not eligible to fill the NEET form. To fill the form you should be of at least 17 years of age and also, you should have cleared 12th standard with at least 50% marks or above. 

So, you are not eligible right now. You can make your preparation stronger.

Dear Prakash, for being eligible for NEET, you should be eiher appearing for your 12th or have passed your 12th exams. To add on you should be atleast 17years old by December 31st, 2019. As you are still in your 11th, you will have to wait until next year. We hope you have taken Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as your subjects because they are the core subjects that you need for appearing in NEET.
